Once your package is received in our offices in the United States, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the progress of your package on your online account.

When will my package arrive?
The delivery time of your package depends on the following factors:
Delivery Location: Shipping time depends on the U.S. location where the package is received.
Shipping Type: The shipping type you choose also determines shipping time. Air freight is faster than sea freight.
Destination: The destination of your package may also determine shipping time.

Is my package insured?
Your package is automatically insured for up to $100 in case of loss. If you need more coverage, you can purchase an insurance package based on the value of your declared items. Some restrictions may apply.
Where does ShippEx ship?
ShippEx ships throughout Haiti and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
How is the shipping rate calculated?
Our freight rate depends on the actual weight (LBS) or the dimensional size of your package (LxWxH), whichever is greater. Our calculator can be used to estimate the cost of your package.
